Check-In Procedure The house address is 122 Dalton, Cotter, AR. It has a convenient keyless entry. You will be given the current code the week before your arrival. The house will be ready for you by 3:00 p.m. of your scheduled arrival date. Payment for your lodging can be charged to your credit card or we will stop by during your visit to collect cash and check payments. Our local contact numbers will be at the house in case you have any questions or problems during your stay. |

Cancellation Policy A 50% security deposit or credit card number is required to confirm all reservations. Deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled 30 days or more prior to date of arrival. Cancellations or changes made 29 to 14 days prior to date of arrival will result in loss of deposit. All cancellations or changes made less than 14 days prior to date of arrival will be charged for the entire reservation if we are unable to re-book. |
