Check-In Procedure
The houses have convenient keyless entries. You select your own code
number and we'll program the lock before you arrive. This makes the
number easy for you to remember during your stay. The house will be
ready for you by 3:00 p.m. of your scheduled arrival date.
Your lodging reservation is secured with credit card information. But
actual payment is made by leaving cash or a check at the cabin when you
leave.
Our local contact numbers will be at the house in case you have any
questions or problems during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% security deposit or credit card number is required to confirm
all reservations. Deposits will be refunded if reservations are
cancelled 30 days or more prior to date of arrival. Cancellations or
changes made 29 to 14 days prior to date of arrival will result in loss
of deposit. All cancellations or changes made less than 14 days prior to
date of arrival will be charged for the entire reservation if we are
unable to re-book.
